What are the purposes of handle your personal data?

The research group handle the personal data that you provide us with the purpose of economics environement investigation through scientific research.

How long do we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept indefinitely (provided the data subject concerned does not request the removal).

What is the legitimacy of your personal data processing?

The consent of the data subject and the legitimation is based on article 9.j RGPD: "Treatment is necessary for purposes of scientific research"

Which recipients your personal data may be communicated to?

No personal data will be transferred to a third party, unless it is a legal obligation.

Which are your rights when you provide us your personal data?

  • Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are dealing with personal data concerning the UJI or not.
  • The interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of the inaccurate data or, if applicable, request their removal, among other reasons, when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
  • In certain circumstances provided for in article 18 of the RGPD, the interested parties may request the limitation of the treatment of their data. In this case, we will only keep them to exercise or defend claims.
  • In virtue of the right to portability, the interested parties have the right to obtain their personal data in a structured format for common use and mechanical reading and to transmit them to another person responsible.
  • In certain circumstances provided for in article 21 of the RGPD, interested parties may request opposition to treatment, unless there are legitimate grounds that are imperative for the treatment or to exercise or defend claims.

  • You can exercise your rights by contacting the General Secretariat of the UJI through the Electronic Register or, in person, at the Information Office and Registration (InfoCampus), located in the University Agora - Local 14-15.

    You can obtain additional information about your rights or file a claim, if deemed appropriate, before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
